ABOUT US

In 1994, I was looking for a new challenge, but I loved working with people, and so I joined Sun Life Financial of Canada where my father Mick Pescod was already a successful Financial Adviser and soon found out that joining the financial services industry was the right decision to make.

In 2001, Sunlife of Canada made the whole UK field force redundant, so I joined Zurich.

In 2006, I started “Richmond Hill Financial Ltd” with my father, with Intrinsic, now known as Quilter. I feel lucky that my clients from over the years are still my clients today, which I believe is a testimony to the relationship I have with them.

” I use my experience to work directly with customers with a ‘Plain English’ approach to their finances, whether pension or mortgages. It is important to me that clients are given the best advice and receive an ongoing service to ensure that they continue to achieve their goals, as I look to build a lifelong relationship as there trusted adviser.”

Outside of work, I am a social butterfly, with a quirky sense of humour, and love spending time with my amazing family and friends. I have two children I’m immensely proud of and we all share the love to travel.

Emma has worked in the financial services industry since 2014 and joined the Richmond Hill Financial team in November 2023 as a Protection Adviser.

Emma and her husband, Tim moved to St Neots in 2005 from London and have three daughters.

Emma is originally from Yorkshire and loves going back there to visit family and friends. In her spare time she enjoys watching her daughters play hockey, catching up with friends, having ‘natty’ days out and walking her dog. She also loves to travel when the opportunity arises.

Lisa and her husband live in Little Paxton and have two grown up daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and reading and I love an afternoon tea.
